With 13+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, I have led enterprise-scale observability, reliability, and automation initiatives that significantly improved system uptime, performance, and operational efficiency.

In my current role at Morgan Stanley, I lead observability strategy and platform reliability initiatives, where I improved system uptime by 25% year-over-year through standardized monitoring, incident response frameworks, and SRE best practices.
